El lunes 29 de abril de 2024, Tse expres\u00f3 su compromiso de seguir luchando por la igualdad de su comunidad durante una rueda de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una lucha jur\u00eddica de varios a\u00f1os<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En febrero de 2023, Tse gan\u00f3 su recurso contra la negativa del gobierno a cambiar el sexo que figuraba en su documento de identidad, lo que supuso una importante victoria que se logr\u00f3 sin la exigencia de una cirug\u00eda completa de confirmaci\u00f3n del sexo.
