Este grupo ha redactado un documento de 19 p\u00e1ginas en el que se detallan las razones de esta petici\u00f3n, motivada principalmente por las posturas de la EHRC en materia de derechos de los transexuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00edticas a las posiciones de la CDHE <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las organizaciones critican a la EHRC por sus recientes posturas, que se apartan de sus compromisos anteriores, en particular en relaci\u00f3n con la reforma de la Ley de Reconocimiento de G\u00e9nero (GRA) en Escocia y la prohibici\u00f3n de las terapias de conversi\u00f3n en Inglaterra y Gales. Seg\u00fan estos grupos, las acciones de la EHRC \u00abno s\u00f3lo suponen una marcha atr\u00e1s en su pol\u00edtica anterior, sino que adem\u00e1s est\u00e1n en flagrante contradicci\u00f3n con las normas internacionales de derechos humanos\u00bb. A\u00f1aden que el enfoque actual de la EHRC \u00abpretende despojar a las personas transg\u00e9nero de protecciones legales y supone una grave amenaza para su capacidad de participar en la vida
