El Departamento de Educaci\u00f3n introdujo el pasado mes de abril una importante actualizaci\u00f3n del T\u00edtulo IX, la ley federal de derechos civiles que proh\u00edbe la discriminaci\u00f3n por raz\u00f3n de sexo en los programas educativos y escuelas financiados con fondos federales. La reciente normativa, que entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 1 de agosto, ampl\u00eda por primera vez las protecciones para incluir la discriminaci\u00f3n basada en la orientaci\u00f3n sexual y la identidad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante una aparici\u00f3n en \u00abKayal and Company\u00bb, un programa de radio conservador con sede en Filadelfia, Trump expres\u00f3 sus intenciones de anular estos cambios inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de su posible toma de posesi\u00f3n. \u00abVamos a acabar con ello el primer d\u00eda\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Trump, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en que las enmiendas se instituyeron por orden presidencial.  \u00abNo olviden que eso se hizo como una orden del presidente. Eso se hizo como una orden ejecutiva.
