Insta al Tribunal Supremo de Kenia a que reconsidere su anterior decisi\u00f3n del a\u00f1o, que permit\u00eda a los miembros de la comunidad LGBT formar asociaciones. Se present\u00f3 un recurso, pero el Tribunal Supremo lo desestim\u00f3 esta semana. Esto vuelve a poner el tema de la homosexualidad en el punto de mira de la pol\u00edtica keniata, mientras sigue pendiente en el Parlamento un proyecto de ley para criminalizarla. Hudson Ndeda ha manifestado estar \"conmocionado\" por la reciente postura del Tribunal Supremo keniano, por lo que pide al Presidente William Ruto que rompa su silencio sobre este asunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El proyecto de ley de \"protecci\u00f3n de la familia\" pendiente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde abril, el proyecto de ley de \"Protecci\u00f3n de la familia\", presentado por la oposici\u00f3n y respaldado por la Iglesia, est\u00e1 a la espera de ser votado en el Parlamento. Esta legislaci\u00f3n propone tipificar la homosexualidad como delito, recomendando penas que van desde los 10 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n hasta la pena capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El papel del Parlamento y la Presidencia en la legislaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Las leyes las aprueba un Parlamento independiente, sin que la Presidencia intervenga\", explic\u00f3 a RFI Emmanuel Talam, portavoz de William Ruto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reacciones internacionales a la legislaci\u00f3n propuesta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto de ley est\u00e1 causando malestar al gobierno keniano, ya que es impopular entre algunos pa\u00edses socios.
