His administration also unveiled executive orders to eliminate federal aid directed at transgender individuals. According to an anonymous official, the stated objective is to &#8220;defend women from the ideological extremism of gender theory&#8221; and to restore a strict definition of sexual identity based on birth-assigned sex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elimination of Recognition for Non-Binary Genders<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the flagship measures includes the ban on using the gender marker &#8220;X&#8221; on official documents such as passports and visas.
