La pareja, formada por Maya Gurung y Surendra Pandey, tiene previsto recurrir al Tribunal Supremo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gurung, una mujer transg\u00e9nero legalmente reconocida como hombre, y Pandey, un hombre cisg\u00e9nero, celebraron una ceremonia de boda hind\u00fa en 2017 e hicieron su primer intento de registrar su matrimonio en junio ante el Tribunal de Distrito de Katmand\u00fa, siguiendo la orden del Tribunal Supremo.
