Discovering Queer Designers at Paris Fashion Week 2026
From January 20 to 25, the Paris Men’s Fashion Week presented a striking contrast. While major fashion houses reverted to classic, comforting silhouettes, a new generation of queer designers offered a dramatically different vision: a liberated, political, and expressive view of men’s fashion. Through bold materials, compelling narratives, and subversive aesthetics, these designers reminded us that fashion remains a space for expression, struggle, and freedom.
After a Milan season dominated by the return of classic suits, Paris emerged with more fluid silhouettes, relaxed cuts, and openly queer narratives. From the neo-romantic styles of Valette Studio to the ultra-kinky offerings of C.R.E.O.L.E, the runways became platforms for LGBTQI+ empowerment.
This new wave of designers emphasizes that fashion is not merely decoration, but a language. It’s a means to assert one’s identity, body, and freedom, transcending the runway.
This queer energy isn’t confined to Parisian catwalks. It thrives in everyday life, within the clothing worn to exist, express oneself, and tell one’s story. Our queer clothing collection is inspired by this free-spirited, inclusive, and committed ethos, making each outfit an extension of oneself.
Jeanne Friot: An Opening that is a Manifesto
Jeanne Friot set the tone at the Théâtre du Rond-Point. Surrounded by friends and accompanied by the Ballet de Lorraine, the designer crafted a hybrid performance where dance, drama, and fashion show were intricately blended. Amongst those on stage were familiar faces like Daphné Bürki, Claude Emmanuelle, and Mami Watta. The event concluded with a powerful and symbolic lesbian kiss.
